Why you should wear "the healthy shoes"?

We have good reasons for that!

The anatomically formed deep insole has been made for years from real natural cork with our exclusive natural latex inserted heel spring system. This insole is covered with cowhide velour in a thickness that is rarely used in this kind of shoe. You stand and walk without getting tired and without aching. Our insoles are available in two widths: the lady's shoe is narrower, the men's shoe is wider.

The sole: Our product line includes three different soles. An EVA- wedge sole (like the picture beneath) which is approximately half an inch higher at the heel than at the toe area and that is about the height of a regular sneaker (this sole is our most used "standard sole"). Men's sandals as well as all clogs are manufactured with the EVA-wedge sole.

We also offer shoes with a rubber-cell wedge sole. This sole is extremely durable and skid resistant even on wet or slippery floors.

All these soles are not only highly durable, but, in connection with the cork insole and the inserted heel spring system, are also very elastic. This "shock absorber" is gentle on your spine and joints. It has been brought to our attention many times that back and joint aches and pains have gotten remarkably better and were sometimes altogether eliminated when wearing our shoes continuously.

Uppers: We do not use any man-made material of any kind, but only leather. - Most of our models are even made with non-split cowhide. Even the suede we use is non-split cowhide, but you should not wear white socks in colored suede shoes for the first couple of weeks since we cannot guarantee a discoloration. All leathers are free of PCP- or AZO- dies, as well as other environmentally concerning tanning and processing agents.

Finally we would like to mention, that our shoes are manufactured in Germany.
